Disney Cruise Medicals

• Usually done by Dr Yates, or in his absence, by Dr Taylor
• Bring paperwork from Disney with photo attached and client section (4 pages)
• Bring passport
• Arrive 30 minutes before appointment time for ECG and Audiogram if over 40
• Drink water before, to be able to provide a urine specimen
